How to Do The Pizza Stretch- A Fun Workout !!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-UwGEMjqtc

We’re going to make whole body pizza (Our whole body will act like a pizza slice). We’re going to make the dough, the cheese, the sauce, toppings, and pick our toppings if we want. Everybody has their favorite toppings. We can make every kind of pizza we like best. So, the pizza stretch- a fun workout process followed as below(all we have to do is imagine and move our body parts, and do some activities)- First thing is to become a slice of pizza, take our legs from criss cross position to stretch them out really long because these make us a slice of pizza. The second thing is we need to stretch out the dough, stretch our legs up and back, side to side at least three times in a row, all stretched out. The third thing is to spread the sauce up to our belly and down to our toes at least three times in a row. Fourth thing is to sprinkle the cheese down to our toes up to our nose at least three times in a row. The fifth thing is put on some toppings, break apart the broccoli, put it on our pizza, and smash it in our legs. Our legs are always out in front of us because we’re slices of pizza. We’re going to chop up the onion and sprinkle the onion parts on our pizza and smash from top to toe, then peel, and break bananas apart and put them on the pizza and smash them in from top to toe and chop up pine-apple, sprinkle and smash it through top to toe. Sixth thing is to cook pizza. We need to open the oven and push our pizza right in that oven. After bubbles, pull it out of the oven and blow on it (it’s all needed to act physically). Seventh thing is to eat our pizza. We eat our pizza into the tiniest crumbs we can, roll off the table, come back up, say hello, and goodbye at least three times in a row. The Eighth thing is to shake all the pizza toppings off us and turn back into a human by standing up and giving ourselves a round of applause. Lastly, we’re going to breathe a little and relax. We hold up a finger together then smell a flower and blow out the candles at least three times in a row. It’s a great way to relax. We can do any pizza we want and it's always a lot of fun, a great stretch, and a great little workout for all of us.
