Página nueva

I'm Matilda Nicholas, I practice general dermatology with a particular an interest in [http://bestcollagensupplements.review best collagen supplements for joints] supplement, Immunodermatology and [https://www.biggerpockets.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=medical%20dermatology medical dermatology]. General dermatology can range from anything from acne to a serious blistering disorder. We've comfort treating, non-melanoma skin cancers, early melanomas we could detect them. We could biopsy and diagnose them, and we are able to often treat them. My special fascination with immune dermatology and medical dermatology means I like to take care of people who have autoimmune diseases, and severe bodywide rashes like psoriasis and very severe eczema. For me, it is rather critical to work as a team with my patient. I always say you're the captain, I'm the navigator. I can suggest where we go, I can attempt to steer you around shores, however you ultimately are the one that needs to make the decisions. Why is me the most comfortable looking after these patients is understanding that I have a complete team behind me, that's in the same way dedicated as I'm to making the individual better. So Personally i think totally comfortable reaching out to all of those other specialities when I want to. I've an in depth relationship with rheumatology, we come together well, and we all know people in all other specialities that we must work closely with. So if somebody has a comorbidity that we need to work around, I can reach out for their other specialist and ensure that we're utilising the right therapies for that patient. Or if they have something complicated that I think maybe multi-system, I will reach out to my colleagues and say, hey, I'm not sure what's going on with this patient, here are some of my thoughts. Could you see them and allow me to know everything you think? And the truly wonderful thing is that just time and time again you find other physicians that are just like dedicated to making this individual better as you are.
